| Tehsildar Chatroo issued category certificates on spot | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 4: In order to redress the grievance of general public in remote village of Sidgi in Chatroo Tehsil of Kishtwar District, Tehsildar Chatroo Shokat Hayat Mattoo held a public darbar at Sigdi proper which was attended by large number of people from adjoining villages.
During the course of the public darbar, Tehsildar Chatroo issued over two dozens of category certificates viz SC/ST/RBA/ other social caste among the local people on spot.
Beside issuance of category certificates by the Tehsildar on spot, several disputes pertaining to land compensation and other public related problems were also got redressed during the public darbar.
The local inhabitants of the Sigdi area of Chatroo having population of more than 10000 hail the efforts of Tehsildar Chatroo and demanded that government should stress on organizing more such public darbars in remote areas of Kishtwar District in near future as well.
