"The people of Kashmiris have already rejected the Musharaff's 4-point formula for Kashmir resolution. We are not against Indo-pak friendship but they should help in the resolution of the Kashmir issue. We have not given mandate to any body to work out any solution for Kashmir other right to self determination," said Geelani . Speaking about the US bounty on Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Saeed Hafiz , kashmiri separatist leader Syed Geelani said that US announcement of bounty of Rs 50 crore on Hafiz was unjustified as he was not held guilty by any court of Pakistan or any other court any other country. The police lifted restrictions on the movement of Syed Geelani only last week when he asked police allow him to propagate his view point under democratic norms. However, police removed the cops from outside the house of the separatist leader at Hyderpora on airport road last week. According the police spokesman , miscreants present at address venue after Geelani's speech pelted stones on the police station. However, police exercising maximum restraint dispersed them from the place, the spokesman added. Mirwaiz said at a weekly Friday congregation srinagar's Jamia Masjid (Grand Mosque). He said that now when the Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari was visiting India and holding talks with Prime Minster Manmohan Singh, both the countries should avail the opportunity to address the Kashmir problem. He however, cautioned that without Kashmir problem being solved the relations between the two countries were unlikely to turn normal. Mirwaiz while reacting to the Home Minster P.Chidambaram's recent statement regarding his claims of normalcy having returned in Kashmir, said, "When you yourself accept that the graph of violence has gone down then what for the black laws?"
