205 deputations, 1289 individuals visited CM’s Pvt Office for redressal of grievances during March 2012

Srinagar, April 6
During the month of March, 2012, as many as 205 deputations and 1289 individuals of Kashmir Valley approached Chief Minister’s Private Office at Srinagar wherein an effective follow up and monitoring system has already been put in place to ensure the concerns of the common masses visiting this office are addressed in a time bound manner.

The deputationists came up with problems regarding to erratic power supply, repairs of electric transformers, dilapidated condition or roads/lanes, shortage of drinking water, extreme poverty cases, speedy disposal of loan cases sponsored by various departments to Banks etc.

The Chief Minister’s Private Office also provide counselling, awareness to the visitors seeking financial assistance and employment, about income generating, poverty alleviation, welfare and rehabilitation, programmes and schemes launched by the Government.
