| IPS (KIDZEE) organises health check-up camp | | |  Early Times Report
kathua, Apr 7: IPS (KIDZEE) Kathua today organized a health check-up camp in the school premises on the occasion of the World Health Day.
The programme was commenced with the check up of all children by doctors to promote a healthier environment in school. The principal, staff and students of IPS Kidzee welcomed the esteemed team of doctors comprising Dr Mohinder Lal, Dr Reva, Dr Vikas Padha, Dr Dimple, Dr Ravinder and Dr P C Bhagat.
The main objective of KIDZEE School is to reduce the burden of communicable disease and to attain the best healths and development for their little shining stars.
The World Health Day is a global campaign which provides an opportunity to start collective action to protect people's health and well being.
In KIDZEE school every year it is celebrated on April 7 and each year a theme is selected for World Health Day that highlights a priority area of concern for WHO.
This year again the world health day is organized with the theme Good Health adds life to years. The focus is how good health throughout life can help all Kidzee shining stars to lead full and productive lives and be an asset for their families and communities. The themes adopted by school were mental health, oral health care; shape the future of life road safety and protecting health from climate change. |
