| Training prog for judicial officers, lawyers concluded | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Apr 8: Two days orientation programme on meditation for Judicial officers & Advocates of Udhampur District concluded today in Udhampur on Sunday .
The training programme was organized by J&K High Court Legal Service Committee Jammu in Co-ordination with Main Meditation Centre High Court of J&K. The object of the programme was to apprise the participants & make them aware about the concept of meditation as Alternate Dispute Resolution incorporated recently in the Code of Civil Procedure.
Firdous Karachiwala, Master trainer on mediation was the resource person on mediation has been deputed as resource person while Raja Shujat Ali Khan Registrar Rules , Coordinator Main Meditation Centre High Court of J&K was chief guest on the occasion . Brij Mohan Gupta Principal District & Sessions Judge Udhampur welcoming guests said that the programme will benefit and will go a long way in successful resolution of disputes between the parties. |
