| NDS organises Kavi Ghoshti | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 8: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) organised a Kavi Ghoshti at Rajput Sabha here today which was presided by famous Hindi and Dogri poet Rajeshwar Bhakhri.Poets who read their pomes include Raj Sehgal, Neelam Verma, Mohan Lal ''Komal'', Vice-President, Nami Dogri Sanstha Yash Paul ''Yash'', General Secretary, Nami Dogri Sanstha, Sham Talib, President, Adbi Kunj, Gopal Sharma of Katra, Malak Singh ''Wafa'' Harish Kaila, President, Nami Dogri Sanstha and Rajeshwar Bhakhri. Rajeshwar Bhakhri in his address praised the Nami Dogri Sanstha and said that NDS is doing the yeoman's job by Dogri the Dogri Programmes one and other in the continuity. He further said that Nami Dogri Sanstha is the only hope for the young generation.
Harish Kaila President, NDS in his address alleged that in the recently announced Sahitya Academy Award justice has not been done in bestowing the award. He alleged that the book selected for the award is not at all creative one which is prerequisite for such awards bestowed by Sahitya Academy. |
