| Muslim organizations up in arm against social evils | | | early times report
Poonch, Apr 8 : To create a healthy atmosphere in society and for guiding the younger generation to stay away from evils, a one day conference was organized at Eid Gah Poonch by Muslim Organizations. The programme was organized by Anjum Talimat-E-Mustafa in collaboration with Qadria Masjid Kamsar which was attended by large number of Islamic Scholars from all over the District.
Launching a scatting attack on the evils, which are spreading its tentacles among the youngest generation, various speakers cautioned the gathering about steps to be taken to prevent their child from being trapped in evils activities. They stressed the gathering to ban mobile phone among young girls as Internet addiction is spoiling the brains of younger ones as it is not a healthy sign for the future.
The gathering was advised by the scholars to adopt the Islamic way of teaching and guide the child towards studying of their religion and respect all the religions of the world. The conference was attended by large number of prominent citizens. DDC Poonch Mr Ajeet Kumar Sahu also attended the conference. He lauded the step taken by Anjum Talimat-E-Mustafa and said, "There is an urgent need to guide the young generation about these evils as its our responsibility to give them a positive dose of religious teaching to create a healthy atmosphere for future". Addl SP Yougal Manhas and Dy.SP Operation Javed Mir also attended the conference. |
