| Baba Dharamdass Ramjiwan Dass Trust formed | | | early times report
JAMMU, Apr 9: Mahant Ramjiwan Dass/ being Mahant of Raghunathji Baba Bajran-gdev Temple at Sathu Barbar Shah Srinagar constituted a trust in the name and title of "Baba Dharamdass Ramjiwan Dass Trust" of the property of the Temple Diety. According to the press statement issued on behalf of trust through Justice R C Gandhi, the 'trust deed' was registered before the Sub-Registrar/ Jammu on 2011-2010 and the settler appointed some trustees/ including the undersigned (Justice R C Gandhi as sole trustee) and assumed and appointed himself as Sole Trustee.
The Settler/ Sole Trustee/ wished that on his demise/ the undersigned shall become sole Trustee automatically. The sole Trustee, settler died on 1701-2011 and the undersigned succeeded him as Sole Trustee. The sole Trustee has been authorized by the Settler to appoint any other person as Sole Trustee during his life time/ as per paragraph NO.7 of the trust deed. The Temple and its properties are situated at Srinagar and the undersigned is not in a position to look after the properties properly being away at Srinagar. The undersigned is not in a position to discharge the duties of sole trustee diligently. Therefore the undersigned wants to assign this work to a person who is well versed with functions and duties. Subhash Shah/ Mahant Suthrashahi Gaddi/ J&K in my opinion a suitable person as he has such a background. Therefore I as Sole Trustee/ appoint. Subhash Shah/ Mahant Suthrashahi Gaddi/ J&K/ as Sole Trustee of the Trust in my place who shall have all the rights and powers of the Sole Trustee which are available to the undersigned by virtue of the Original Trust Deed. |
