CS given last chance to file affidavit in PIL on polythene bags | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 10: In a PIL about pollution generated by the use of non bio-degradable material, including polythene carry bags, a high court division bench of Justice Mansoor Ahmed Mir and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar today directed respondents to file affidavit within two weeks. After hearing the counsels of two sides, the judges observed that reluctantly two weeks time was granted to the respondents as last and final opportunity to file affidavit in terms of March 12, 2012, order. According to the March 12, 2012, order, the division bench had directed the chief secretary to file status report through affidavit. |
