| NSUI demands University exam centre at Kishtwar | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 10: National Students Union of India (NSUI) demanded opening of examination Centre of Jammu University at Kishtwar campus of the varsity so that students from different parts of Kishtwar District could appear in the entrance test for various courses advertised by the Jammu University from time to time. NSUI General Secretary Waseem Saroori in his statement criticized the officials of Jammu University for ignoring Kishtwar District while sanctioning examination centres for other areas of the province.While condemning the University authorities, Saroori threatens wide scale protest in all parts of the District Kishtwar in case Jammu University authorities fail to reconsider its decision.
He said that the decision of University puts burden on poor students adding that demands of the students of Kishtwar are genuine. NSUI leader said that Jammu University officials should concede the demand without wasting any time. |
