| Mufti led regime set an example of 'good governance': PDP | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Apr 10: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today said that government headed by Mufti Moham-mad Sayeed had removed regional disparities and carved out a path of equitable development in the state. Welcoming large number of youth from Jammu West motivated by due efforts of senior party leader Surjeet Kour, the senior PDP leader Daman Bhasin said that period of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed as Chief Minister of the state was golden period in the political history of the state as developmental activities were accelerated on all fronts in allthe three regions.
He said that PDP led regime had set an example of equitable and balanced development in Jammu and Kashmir.
PDP leaders said that it was all due to efforts of Mufti Sayeed that elections of the civics bodies were held after a gap of more than three decades.
They listed various developmental projects which were started and completed during that tenure. At the same time they regretted that many others projects started during that tenure still hanging in balance due to prevailing mal-administration and mis-goverance. |
