| Narco smuggler held with charas | | | early times report
JAMMU, Apr 11: A narco smuggler was today apprehended by police near tourist dak bungalow at Banihal in Ramban along with over two kilograms of charas.
Police sources said acting on a tip-off, police laid a naka near the Banihal tourist dak bungalow and apprehended the accused who was identified as Jagan Nath (50), son of Tara Chand Butyal of Phagmullah, Ramsoo.
A total of 2.8 kilograms of charas was recovered from his possession, the sources added.
He was booked under section 8/20 of NDPS Act by Banihal police station. |
