| Bhagat Maha Sabha ensures birthday celebrations of Ambedkar | | | JAMMU, Apr 12: Bhagat Maha Sabha held a meeting under chairmanship of Bodh Raj Bhagat on Thursday. Complete State body of Bhagat Maha Sabha attended the meeting which discussed arrangement regarding celebration of Birth Day of Bharat Rattan Baba Sahib Dr B.R Ambedkar falling on 14th April 2012. It was unanimously decided that Bhagat Mahasha Sabha unit will support and participated in Shobha Yatra organised by All India SC/ST Railway Employee Association Branch, Jammu on 14thApril. The Shobha Yatra will start from Guru Nabha Dass Mandir Dogra hall to Ambedkar Chowk Jammu. State Coordinator Bhagat Maha Sabha Mohinder Bhagat appealed to Megh Samaj to attend the function in strength.
Meanwhile members also remembers and paid homage to Martyr of Reservation Bhagat Amar Nath who achieved martyrdom on 1st June 1970.
The meeting was attended by G.L Bhagat, Tara Chand Bhagat, Swarn Lal Bhagat, Sanjay Bhagat, Uttam Chand and Tarsem Lal Bhagat. |
