JAMMU, Apr 12: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti will visit Gujjar Nagar on April 15 and will listen to the plights of the people. This was informed by Rafiq Malik, senior PDP leader during a press conference here this morning. He said that the people of the Gujjar Nagar are facing problems on to the hands of the present coalition government, as all the promises made to the people pertaining to the development works in the area were remained unfulfilled. He said that the government is not serious to redress the plights of the people, due to which the people of the state has lost the faith on the present coalition government. "Unemployment in the state is increasing day by day, but government is not framing any concrete policy, which shows the non-seriousness of the government", Rafiq Malik alleged.
He said that the drains and lanes of the area are in dilapidated condition, but nor the government and the concerned development authority is taking the issue seriously, leading to anguish among the people.
