| NPP stages protest to express solidarity with SPOs | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 12: A large number of National Panthers Party (NPP) workers of tehsil Ramnagar led by Pawan Dev Singh, Provincial Secretary, young Panthers held a protest demonstration at Ramnagar against the J&K government for not mitigating SPOs problems and submitted memorandum of their demand.
The protestors raising demands in support of regretted that govt has failed to recognize the services and their scarifies for the cause of the people and nation. "SPO are working for the merger honorarium of Rs 3000 only, the protestors said. They further alleged that the state govt also have kept them out of service benefits like SRO 43 and other welfare schemes which simply discourages their professional moral and devotion towards duties.
Advocating the cause of the SPO's, protestors said, "the main demand of SPOs is to release SRO regarding their absorption as constables giving them relaxation of age and qualification as per the pattern of RET's in J&K Education Department.
