| One arrested with 180 liquor pouches | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Apr 13: Jammu Police arrested one person indulging in illicit sale of excise liquor and recovered one hundred eighty (180) pouches of excise liquor from his possession. A case stands registered against the accused. Police said that Kanachak SHO Sub Inspector Rajinder Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Domana developed an input regarding the illicit sale of excise liquor and raided the house of one Rakesh Kumar @Neeta s/o Ram Dhan r/o Gajansoo, Jammu from where 180 pouches of excise liquor were recovered and accused arrested. A case FIR no 52/2012 u/s 48 (A) Excise Act registered at PS Kanachak and further investigation is going on.
