| MLBPA frames new body | | | early times report
jAmmu, Apr 15: The existing managing committee of Municipal & Local Bodies Pensioners Association (ML-BPA) was dissolved today while new office bearers were elected to manage the affairs of the association Election of the office bearers was held under the chairmanship of Kartar Singh Lakhanpuria, senior member of the association.
B S Jamwal was unanimously elected as its President while B.D Verma has been appoin-ted as General Secretary. KG Khajuria has been made senior vice president while Badrinath Bhat and Kartar Singh Lakhan-puria were elected as vice presidents, Others who have beeen elected include JR Sharma working president, R.K Gupta Sr. Vice-President, C.L Jalali Secretary, Tarseim Lal Gupta Financial Advisor, Latief Massih Cashier Indu Bhushan & Jawahar Lal Publicity Secretary and Shiv Kumar Sharma Organising Secretary. |
