| Inter zonal battalions games commences | | | UDHAMPUR, Apr, 16: Zonal Inter OPS Groups Centers and Battalions Games Competition 2012 for volley ball and Basket Ball commences being organized by 137 Bn of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Udhampur. The opening ceremony of the programme was held at District Police line Udhampur. The Commandant 187 Bn CRPF, Manoj Kumar Sharma was the Chief Guest on the opening ceremony of the programme. While speaking on the occasion, the commandant said that a total of 16 team participated which includes15 teams of Jammu based units and one team of Group Center Bantlab Jammu in the competition. In the five day long competition 215 players are participating, he added.
Among others, second in commandant 187 Bn, Anil Gupta, Second in Commandant 137 Bn D. V Thomas, deputy Commandant 187 Bn, R. K Tomar, Assistant Commandants 137 Bn, Mrs. K.P Sudha, Sourav Kataria & Vikrant Kumar were present on the occasion. |
