JAMMU, Apr 17: In a suit filed by one Rajan Datta, claiming that the rejection of his candidature for the post of president of chamber of commerce and industry (CCI), by CCI election president, was wrong, chief judicial magistrate (CJM) Jatinder Singh Jamwal today directed respondents to file objections on or before April 19, 2012.The elections are scheduled to be held on April 28. |
