| Over Rs 1.47-cr goods traded across LoC | | | | POONCH, Apr 17 : Goods worth over Rs 1.47 crore were traded through 27 trucks along the Line of Control at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point here, officials said. As many as 25 trucks rolled out from Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) at Ranger here to POK today, they said, adding these trucks carried bags of chilli, walnut and petha worth Rs 72,27,120. From PoK, two trucks carrying bags of pomegranate and Peshawari sandal crossed to this side, worth Rs 75,49,938. The officials from both the side monitored the transportation of these goods at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point twice during the day from 1300 hours to 1330 hours and 1630 hours to 1700 hours, they said. |
