| GGPEP highlights rich heritage of R S Pura | | | Early Times Report
Jammu , Apr 17: On the eve of World Heritage day, Global Green Peace & Environmental Protection GGPEP in collaboration with Vigyan Parser Dept. of Science and technology, New Delhi an autonomous body organised a awareness compagin on "Ranbir Singh Pura's heritage grandeur and valour" at Govt. Girls Primary school Samka in which various VIPNET clubs like Maharaja Surajmal, Bal Science clubs, Newton Science Club, Kalpana Chawal Science Club, Govt. Middle School Gouper Basti, Govt. primary School Shamka, Govt. Middle School Bera, and Model Public School Shamka, local farmers, men, Women folk, students, teachers all took an active part in awareness compagain at Village Samka at Indo Pak Border Suchetgarh constituency of Tehsil R.S. Pura Jammu.
Pawan Dev Singh Chib was the chief guest of function and said that Rilaway station at R.S. Pura, 9 Gigia Peer Baba at Sangral and Octori Post BSF at Suchetgarh are the main places of Heritage at R.S. Pura and Govt. should come forward to conserve and preserve importance heritage of R.S. Pura. These heritage places attract a large a number of tourist to city of white gold (Bowl of Rice, R.S. Pura).
In the last president of GGPEP Shri Devinder Choudhary thank to the farmer men, woman folk students, teachers VIPNET clubs, local men and women for taking active part in Heritage campaign at such a rural area of R.S. Pura. |
