| Shiv-Lingum installed amid religious rituals | | | early times report
Reasi , Apr 19: Shiv Lingum installation ceremony was performed with religious gaiety here today at Shiv Temple in Sandivi Village of Reasi after successful completion of Suryi Koti Mahayagya. The ceremony held under the aegis of Saint Bal Yogeshwar Ji Maharaj where large number of Shiv Bakht and devotees were present. Amidst spiritual ambiance created by enchanting of "Bam Bam Bhole', 'Jai Bhole Nath', 'Jai Shiv Shankar' the Shiv lingam was installed during a special religious rituals meant for the occasion. Special prayers were performed by prominent saints along with Bal Yogeshwar Ji Maharaj. A large number of devotees paid their obeisance to newly installed Shiv Lingam and offered milk and performed Jala Abhishek. Later a Bhandara was also arranged in which large number of devotees drawn from all walks of life participated in the Ashram. |
