| Atul in India camp for Asian championship | | | early times report JAMMU, Apr 21: Physical Education Teacher (PET) with Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS), Atul Pangotra today left for India camp as part of preparations for the Asian Taekwondo (Poomsae) Championship to be held in Vietnam. Organised by the Taekwondo Federation of India, the camp shall take place at Sports Authority of India center Bhopal under the guidance of Korean Grand Master, Jeonghee Lee and assistant coach, Prem Kumar of Services. Earlier, before his departure, Atul called on chairman of the J&K Taekwondo Association, Anil Gupta. He encouraged Atul and wished him success in the Asian Championship. Director DYSS, J P Singh and president of the Association, PC Sharma also wished for a good show. Atul has already won a bronze medal in the Commonwealth Taekwondo Championship. |
