| Notorious criminal arrested | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 21: Police claimed to have arrested a notorious criminal involved in different types of criminal cases and was evading his arrest since long. Police said the accused have been identified namely as Amit Kumar alias Mittu S/O Late Dharam Pual R/O Village Khokhyal Tehsil & District Kathua who was involved in case FIR Nos. 141/2009 U/S 307, 34/323 RPC, 353/2009 u/s 341 /323 RPC, 247/2010 u/s 310/323 RPC and 139/2012 U/S 307/341 RPC 4/24 Arms Act. The accused was arrested by Police party of Nagri and further investigation/interrogations are going on, police said. |
