JAMMU, Apr 21: Chief judicial magistrate Jatinder Singh Jamwal today dismissed the application, seeking that till the final disposal of the main suit, the court may stay the rejection of the nomination of the plaintiff and allow him to participate and contest election for the post of president of chamber of commerce and industry (CCI).Meanwhile, principal sessions judge Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal, in an appeal filed by the plaintiff against the CJM's order, issued notice to CCI through its general secretary.
