Court issued permanent Arrest warrants against four accused allegedly involved in Bakra Murder case

CJM Jammu Sanjay Dhar issued permanent warrants of arrest against Kapil Singh, Ambika, Sanjeev Grover and Deepak Kumar allegedly involved in much publicized Bakra murder case and warrant of arrest sent to DGP J&K, SSP Jammu and SHO P/S Trikuta Nagar for execution.
These permanent warrants of arrest of four accused has been issued while the police presented charge-sheet in the murder case of Sanjay Kumar alias Bittu alias Bakra, who was gunned down on November 25, 2006 in Trikuta Nagar, u/s 302, 109, 212, 382 RPC r/w section 3/25 3/6/25 Arms Act against all the accused and submitted that Rajesh Dogra alias Mohan Cheer, Vishal Singh alias Vicky Thakur and Naresh Singh alias Sohan stated to be lodged in the Central Jail Kot-Bhalwal, Jammu, the Court issued direction production of these accused in the Court on next date of hearing.
Regarding accused Kapil Singh, Ambika, Sanjeev Grover alias Palla and Depak Kumar alias Deepu, it has been submitted that they have absconded and their arrest in near future is not possible. The Court recorded the statement of process server and IO and prayed by the CPO for initiating proceedings u/s 512 CrPC. CJM Jammu Sanjay Dhar observed that the Court is satisfied that these accused have absconded and their arrest in near future is not possible accordingly they are directed to be proceeded u/s 512 CrPC and issued permanent warrants of arrest issued against these accused, authorizing the J&K Police to effect their arrest in the present case.
