Poonch, Apr 27: "Fissures" between the coalition partners came to the fore yet again when Congress MLC Jehangir Mir lashed out at chief minister Omar Abdullah, alleging that delibrate attempts were being made by NC to ignore and weaken Congress legislators in the state.
