Poonch, Apr 27: Had Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah heard him, he would have received the shock of his life. A 78-year-old posed a direct question to Early Times reporter when he was covering Omar's Poonch visit. The old man does not know Omar Abdullah and he made no bones about it yesterday.
Abdul Aziz, 78, had severe pain in his kidney and desperately wanted to reach the Poonch hospital. The restrictions imposed by the district administration irritated the old man to the hilt. "Why do you impose restrictions on us", he asked a police man. He was told that the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah was around.
"Who is Omar Abdullah, I don't know him", the old man shot back. |
