State, Centre only trying to time buying: JD-U | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Apr 28: Pradesh Janta Dal (United) held a meeting in Jammu wherein the grievances of the common man were highlighted and State President Inder Mohinder Tar Singh said that both the state and the centre government have failed to mitigate problems of people and are trying to buy time on one or the other pretext. While speaking to media persons after the meeting Singh said that issues people of Jammu and ladkah regions are being neglected. Tar Singh said in the state UPA Govt-II is only trying to pass days on day by day basis and there is no seriousness to sort out the problems of the common man. He said that during the six months when Darbar was in winter capital the situation was worse as all of us witnessed only Dharnas and protests by several organizations while the government paid no heed to the problems. He reiterated the demand of POK and West Pakistan refugees, EP Tenants, Qualified Unemployed Youth and students, farmers and employees of several departments struggling and urged upon the chief minister to redress the same at earliest. Meanwhile several youth exuding faith in party ideology joined the party who were welcomed by state president and other party office bearers.Prominent among those who joined the party included Rohit Nargotra, Gourav Panjgotra, Babloo, Ved Prakash, Kewal Krishan, Raj Kumar and Tara Chand alongwith scores of their colleagues. |
