| Kabir Jayanti arrangements reviewed | | | Early Times Report
Jammu , Apr 29: A state level meeting of Bhagat Mahasabha was held today at Kabir Nagar in which delegates from different areas of Jammu province including Marh, R.S Pura, Bishnah, Vijaypur,Samba, Hiranagar, Kathua, Ramnagar, Majalata, Udhampur, Reasi, Dansal, Bh alwal, Akhnoor, Khour, Raipur-Domana participated. In the meeting, arrangements for celebration of 614th Parkash Utsav of Sadguru Kabir Sahib ji reviewed and delegates were advised to reach every nook and corner of state to spread message of Bhagat Mahasabha.
Speaking on the occasion, Girdhari Lal Bhagat state president cautioned the megh samaj to remain vigilant against decisive forces who are trying to sabotage the mission to unite and uplift megh samaj.
He further appealed community to reach in thousands at parade ground on June 4 on the occasion of Kabir Jayanti.
It has been decided in the meeting that all meritorious students/any student performed any extra ordinary work in any field and newly selected IAS, IPS, KAS, KPS Officers of the Bhagat Community will be honoured on the occasion.Spiritual discourse about the philosophy of Sadguru Kabir Ji will be performed by Swami Milkhi Ram Ji of Gordawaley, also children will perform cultural programme.
After the conclusion the function langar/chabeel will be served to the sangat. Popular Punjabi Singer Ashu Koti Bhagat will perform in the function.
The family members of Shaheed Bhagat Amar Nath will be special invitee.
Various speakers expressed their views in the meeting, prominant among them were Bodh Raj Bhagat,Mahinder Bhagat, Tara Chand Bhagat, Sanjay Bhagat,Uttam Bhagat & others. |
