| BMM stages rally 'Budget Failed Abhiyaan" | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 29: The "Bharat Mukti Morcha" organized a rally under the presidentship of its J&K State President Advocate Ashok Kumar Basotra on the issue of "Rashtra Vyapi Budget Failed Abhiyaan" at Dogra Chowk Near Press Club here today.
Addressing the ralliest, the speakers said that Bharat Mukti Morcha under its nationwide campaign is organizing rallies in 29 States, 518 Districts and 3750 Tehsils today in order to show resentment against the capitalists favouring Budget of 2012-13.
"It is worth mentioning that Rs. 5,40,000 crore from the Budge of 2010-11 had been given to 2000 capitalists of the country which was more than half of the Budget of that year, they lamented and added in the year 2011-12, Rs. 4,18,000 Crore had been given to the same 2000 capitalists which was again more than 40% of the Budget of that year. "As once again Rs. 5,50,000 crore had been allocated to the same 2000 capitalists of the Country from the Budget of current 2012-13 year, the native people of India who constitute 85% of the total population of the Country viz. SC/ST IOBC and Converted Minorities express their strong resentment against said move of the ruling class who have made these nativ Indians to starve because of their such policies, they said . They said, "The present Budget would once again compel the farmers to commit suicides because only 1% of the total Budget has been kept for agriculture sector.
