| Open Bobiya border for bilateral trade: PDP leader | | | KATHUA , Apr 29: Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) Distt president Kathua S Surinder Singh addressed a series of public meeting in border areas of Hiranagar Tehsil in Kathua here today and demanded opening of trade through Bobiya border.
Addressing series of public meetings at Panser, Lachhipur and Madala, the PDP leader S Surinder Singh urged the central govt to take immediate steps for opening Bobiya border for trade so that people and traders of Hiranagar are benefited.
He also urged the Prime minister to order special recruitment drive in border areas of Hiranagar in army and other paramilitary forces besides in J&K Police so that unemployed youth of this backward area of Distt Kathua get job opportunity. |
