| JU law student booked under 'assault case' | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Apr 30: A law student of Jammu University was today booked by Gandhi Nagar Police for assaulting his companion in university campus here today, police said. As per reports, both the students engaged in verbal duel over a trivial issue which turned into brawl. In the incident the law student namely Wasim Mirza assaulted his junior namely Neeraj Magotra who later registered a complained in this regard.
After receiving complaint, the Gandhinagar Police taking cognizance arrested the accused under section 341,323, 34 CrPC.
