| Expelled BJP MLAs rue Mukhi's statement | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 30 : Prof. Gharo Ram M.L.A R.S Pura and Bharat Bhushan M.L.A Domana have ridiculed the statement of Jagdish Mukhi BJP Prabhari who have Said Prof. Gupta has no jurisdiction to disqualify BJP M.L.A's in J&K State. These M.L.A's said before
embarking on the statement Mukhi should have read 7th schedule of J&K Constitution which clearly says that anybody leaving voluntarily party is no more members of the legislature.
They have themselves invited seventh schedule by forming a separate group of four M.L.A's.
They further said that a conspiracy has been hatched to weaken the nationalist forces in J&K otherwise there was no fun in nominating a BJP member having 11 members to contest a council elections which requires 28 members to be elected.
