KATHUA, Apr 30: Commercial buildings are alleged to be coming up in the town here in gross violation of building laws, according to official sources. These buildings had come up on the college road and other areas allegedly without following the set norms, the sources added.Town planner Anil Raina said no multi-storey commercial building could be constructed till it had ample parking space.He said it was the duty of the field staff of municipality to check if there was any violation of the building plan. |
