| JAKFED employees continues their stir for third day | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 2: JAKFED Employees of both the Divisions viz Jammu and Kashmir continued their strike for the third consecutive day today against the decision of Board of Management taken in its meeting held on 28.04.2012 for not implementing the 6th Pay Commission.
Addressing the protestors speakers alleged that the meeting which was not concluded on 28.04.2012 was rescheduled for 30th of April 2012 but despite of the assurance given by the Board of Management to the employees, the Board meeting again deferred which is purely discriminatory' & arbitrarily on their part with the aggrieved employees of the JAKFED.
Jugal Sharma, Vice President, INTUC who also addressed protesting JAKFED employees assured that the INTUC shall remain supportive to JAKFED employees till the demands of the JAKFED employees are not addressed to. |
