| Omar hailed for appointing JP Singh Parminder as DIGs | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 2: An extraordinary meeting of prominent members of Vasant Vihar Extension-III, Trikuta Nagar Welfare committee was held under the chairmanship of S Amrik Singh, Advocate, its president and hailed decision of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for promoting S.J.P. Singh, SSP to the rank of DIG and S Parminder Singh, SSP as DIG. The members of the welfare committee expressed their gratitude and satisfaction for giving proper representation to the Sikh community. The members after visiting residences of both the officers congratulated them for their elevation.
