| JU SC/ST employees assn members meet registrar | | | early times report
JAMMU, May 3: The Jammu University SC/ST Employees Association members led by their president R L Kaith met the Registrar Prof Naresh Padha and brought to his notice the problems being faced by the Varsity SC/ST employees.
Members proposed that a comprehensive transfer policy be devised so that sidelined SC/ST officials may get rotated from one office to another after every two-three years and could learn work of different nature. The Registrar agreed to their proposal and assured to apply it soon.
Members included Messrs Shah Alam, Om Parkash, Surinder Kumar Shavotra, S S Heer, Dharam Pal, B R Angral, Sukhdev Chand, Kartar Chand, Des Raj Shavotra and Vijay Kumar.
