| KV Sunjuwan celebrates Annual Day | | | Early times report
Jammu , May 4 : KV Sun juwan celebrated annual day with great enthusiasm and gaiety in which a large number of students, their parents and faculty members participated. Brig J S Mann Commander 36 infan tary Brigade Chairman VMC was the chief guest whereas Sarabjit Mann, first lady of the station gave away the prizes to outstanding students. The programme commenced with the lighting of traditional lamp by the chief guest and other eminent dignitaries and invocation to Maa Saraswati the Goddess of knowledge and learning.
Speaking on the occasion chief guest exhorted the students devote themselves to bring their dreams to become reality for their better future. He applauded the display of extraordinary skill and talent of the students and appreciated the efforts made by Usha Sham indra for all round development of the students and the progress of the Vidyalaya.
In the onset of programme annual report was presented by Usha Shamindra highlighting the achievements of the session 2011-2012 along with a power point presentation. This was followed by a colourful programme presented by the students of the school. Apart from dances, songs and skits, Kyon Aakhir Kyon? a ballet dance recital conceived, written and directed by Principal Usha
Shamindra left the audience spell bound. Sarabjit Mann distributed the prizes to students excelling in various fields. The cultural programme concluded with colourful Bhangra full of zest and zeal. The proceeding of the prog ramme was conducted by V P Sharma the CCA Incharge. The Vote of thanks was presented by Vice Principal of Vidyalaya Sushma Jain. |
