| Army Goodwill School lifts under 17 Boys Volleyball | | | early times report
Jammu , May 5 : Army Good will School Harka Baha dur lifted the under 17 Boys Volleyball finale by defeating Government High School Har -dass Kargil on the finale day of Inter School Under 14 and Under 17 boys and girls Volleyball, Hand Ball and Kho Kho tournament played at Play Ground Government Higher Secondary School Kargil. The Tournament was organized by the department of Youth Service and Sports Kargil and in this tournament more than 70 boys and 65 girls from different schools of Kargil participated.
Sports and physical activities should be available in every school for students, as it enhances the behavior and moral values in a person. This was revealed by the Executive Councilor for Social Welfare LAHDC Kargil Syed Kazim Sabere, who was the chief guest on this occasion. A neat, clean and healthy body can be termed as a source for moral values, he added.
Syed Kazim said that LAHDC Kargil always assures for better facility to the Students in every field. Syed Kazim further added that the students should strive hard to make to the national as well as international level and should focus and concentrate on achieving such targets as discipline and coordination is the pillar of success. Talking on this occasion the In- charge District Sports Officer Kargil and Zonal Physical officer Kargil Moha -mmad Hussain Rehnuma, brie-fed about the achie-vements of the Department.
On this occasion, Councilor Syed Razvi, Councilor Abdul Rahim, Chief Education Officer Kargil, Principal Boys Higher Secondary School Kargil, Zonal Physical Officer Sankoo Mohammad Jaffer, Principal MPS Baroo Murtaza Khalili and other officials of the Sports Department were also present. |
