| PDP flays police action against victim's family | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 5 : Sarpanchs, Panchs and general secretary of the youth wing of PDP, advocate Nadeem Khan have strongly condemned police action on a family member of a girl who was kidnapped by some influential persons. In a joint statement, these leaders condemned the police action on the family members of a girl student of B A Part II GDC who was kidnapped by Dr. Sarfaraz Ahmed Son of ASI Mohd Hussain, presently Incharge Police Post Sabzian Mandi( (Poonch). The family of a girl lodged a FIR against Doctor and his brother Muzaffar a govt. employee which was delayed by the concerned police in charge officer of Gursai and later FIR was lodged. People of the area including Sarpanchs, Panchs and senior citizens of the area demanded immediate arrest of the kidnappers and transfer of SSP Poonch whose behaviour non-cooperative to the public interest and they give two days time to the concerned officer non serious government to the public interest otherwise they will come on the street in Mendhar Tehsil large protest and government will be responsible for any unto wards incident in Mendhar Tehsil. |
