Main accused of Bakra Murder Case in Nepal, attitude of Police lenient
Other wanted gangsters also absconding from last many years

Kapil Singh and Ambika, chief conspirators and prime accused behind the murder of Jammu gangster, Sanjay Gupta alias Bakra alias Bittu, are still absconding and police has failed to apprehend them. Both of them were reportedly seen in Nepal few days back and Jammu Police has got the complete information about the movement of duo but is hesitating in making any effort to apprehend them in Nepal, as per reliable sources.
According to sources, Police through its secret sources received information regarding the presence of Kapil Singh and Ambika in Nepal but has not initiated any action to apprehend them and is still waiting for a suitable time to act.
A high ranking police official has also confirmed the said report and accused few of his counterparts for leniency in this regard. It is to mention that Sanjay Gupta was gunned down on November 25, 2006 at the residence of Dr Kudyar in Trikuta Nagar. The case under section 302, 109, 212, 382 RPC was registered in Trikuta Nagar Police Station. Three persons namely Rajesh Dogra alias Mohan Cheer, Vishal Singh alias Vicky Thakur and Naresh Singh alias Sohan were arrested in this regard and presently lodged in Kot Bhalwal Jail. But two other accused Kapil Singh and Ambika who are believed to be the chief conspirators behind the murder of Bakra are still absconding and taking the advantage of JKPs leniency, both have managed to flee away to Nepal.
Sources divulged that if the duo would be arrested, some startling disclosures are possible from their interrogation. After confirming the reports of their presence in Nepal, Police now a days busy in chalking out plan to apprehend them at there. It is also to be mention that many gangsters of Jammu city, wanted by Police in several cases of crime, are also absconding and Police has failed to catch hold of them despite passage of so many years.
