Winners of Shree Chandi bhajan competition honored | | | early times report Jammu, May 6 : Describing adoption of spiritual and divine teachings in human life as of great significance, Minister for Medical and Technical Education and Youth Services Sports, R S Chib said that distance from worldly pleasures for a while can immensely help in creating a pure and harmonious society. This was stated by the Minister while honouring the first three winners of Shree Chandi Bhajan Competition at a function organized by Shree Chandi Mata Trust, Jammu. The winners Sohit Dutt, Vijay Kumar and Narottam Dass were given cheques worth Rs.51000, Rs.31000 and Rs.21000, respectively. Appreciating organizers for the programme, the Minister expressed optimism that the competition winners will contribute towards materialization of proposed project of Chandi Dham. He said taht such events greatly help the budding artists to exploit their talent besides spreading message across the society about the importance of spirituality in to dry's perplexed era of chaos and confusion. He assured every help to such organizations for accomplishment of their noble missions. The JK Channel and Nav Jammu newspapers were the media partners in conduct of this programme. Among others present were Chairman Shree Chandi Mata Trust, Bansi Lal Gupta, Judges of the programme participants and artists. |
