| Cong MP Lal Singh projected real picture of J&K: JPPF | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 7: Jammu Province People's Forum(JPPF) an amalgam of more than 50 social, commercial and other organization headed by Pavitra Singh (Retd) Judge in a statement said Congress MP form Udhampur-Kathua Constituency Ch Lal Singh has projected the real picture of state in Parliament of India that no autonomy, self-rule or any other such dramatic plans of all these Kashmir centric parties should be considered.
In a meeting of JPPF held today, the members of conglomerate stated it is also of the opinion that no such action of these parties should be accepted even the interlocutors have also categorically ignored both the proposal i.e, Autonomy and self-rule as these parties are befooling the innocent public of Kashmir since independence. The JPPF condemned the move of Sharief-ud-din Shariq and asked him not to raise/issue of this kind of statements as the J&K is an integral part of the India and the nationalist people will not tolerate any such act instead he should focus on other issues pertaining to the development rather than getting involved in cheap politics. JPPF has taken this issue seriously and will not allow anyone to play with the integrity of this state, he further added that JPPF is saying since independence that such politicians manage to emotional blackmail of the masses.
Further the Forum also resolved that Dr Karan Singh is an appropriate candidate for the position of President and therefore he should be given an opportunity to serve the nation. |
