| 2 trans-border smugglers held with 1 kg heroin | | |

JAMMU, May 7: Police today arrested two alleged trans-border smugglers at Kheora in Rajouri along with one kilogram of heroin worth crores in the international market.
The arrests were made by a police team on a tip-off, according to police sources.
The accused were identified as Liaqat Ali, son of Mohammed Din of Doli, Mahore, and Aijaz Ahmed, son of Abdul Gani of Balmatkot, Mahore.
Police had registered a case against them under section 8/21/22 of NDPS Act. |
