Jammu, May 9: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti
today appointed Ms Vijay Dogra as State Secretary of the party. Ms Dogra has assigned the job by the party president to coordinate activities of PDP in Chenab Valley region.
According to general secretary of PDP Thakur Balbir Singh, party chief Mehbooba Mufti has appointed Ms Vijay Dogra as State Secretary and she will coordinate party activities in Chenab Valley region. Chenab Valley region comprises erstwhile Doda district including Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar districts. Thakur Balbir Singh said that with appointment of Ms Vijay Dogra, activities of the party would be further intensified in this belt.
Ms Vijay Dogra is a prominent social and political activist who has been actively associated with the PDP.
