Ramkot people demand computer education in GHSSS

KATHUA, May 10: A deputation of people of Ramkot in district Kathua met with SHO Ramkot Som Raj Sharma and submitted a memorandum.
While interacting with the SHO the deputation said that the Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Ramkot has strength of approximately 600 students but the school do not provide computer education due to which the pupils are still computer illiterates. They demanded computers in the school and requested the SHO to forward their demand to CEO Kathua and DC Kathua.
The prominent who were present in the deputation include Budhi Singh Sarpanch Ramkot, Ajeet Singh Sarpanch Chinji Makwal, Mehmood social worker, Kamal Kishore Khajuria.
They said that district headquarter is 60-70 km away form Ramkot and the poor peoples of the hilly village around Ramkot cannot reach there so we request SHO Ramkot to forward our demands to DC Kathua and CEO Kathua.
