HIRANAGAR (KATHUA), May 10: Congress received a shot in its arm as a large number of people from Hiranagar joined the party.The joining programme was held during a meeting of Congress at Hiranagar under the chairmanship of Member of Legislative Council (MLC) and President District Congress Committee Kathua, Subash GuptaThose who joined the party include Mool Raj Sharma, Rakesh Sharma, Kewal Krishan, Yash Paul, Romesh Lal, Mohinder Paul, Baldev Raj, Braham Dutt, Nagar Mal, Om Parkash, Pawan Kumar, Ranjeet Singh, Santosh Kumar and others. They said the reason of their joining Congress is based on the fact that Congress always stands for the development of all three regions of the State.While speaking on the occasion, Gupta welcomed all those who joined Congress party and hoped that they will work for strengthening the party. |
