| Bullet ridden body of PSO of ex MLC found | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 10: A Police constable, deputed with ex MLC Depinder Kaur, (mother of deceased Amandeep), was found dead under mysterious circumstances here in Ranbir Park in canal road area today. According to sources the deceased's bullet ridden body was found by morning walkers who informed police. After receiving information a police team reached on the spot and seized his service weapon AK 47 rifle, which was lying in the pool blooded body of the deceased
constable, sources added.
They further said that love triangle is stated to be the reason behind the cause of alleged suicide. They said that cop was under immense emotional pressure for the last few months as his fiancée refused to engage with him because he had love affairs with other married woman. A complaint in this connection was lodged by his fiancé to former SSP Jammu Anand Jain following which the cop paid Rs 35000 back to her. SSP Jammu Prabhat Singh when contacted ruled out any possibility of any connection with Amandeep murder case with death of cop. "No suicide note or any document was found on the spot. We have registered a case and started investigations under section 174 CrPC,' SSP added. |
