SDP attributes frequent power cuts to Darbar Move | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, May 11: As soon as the Darbar moved to Srinagar the days of misery for Jammuites has begun. This was stated by Socialistic Democratic Party (SDP) Provincial president Sham Lal Bhagat while addressing a press conference here today. Sham Bhagat said that it was ironical to see the tremendous increase in load shedding in Jammu division as soon as the temperatures started touching the unbearable levels and the need of electric supply was the most. The democratic set up mocks at the so called people's empowerment and the administration ignore the people and only cares about the luxury of the rulers and those associated with the ruling class," said Sham Lal Bhagat. He slammed the government for ignoring the shortage of drinking water in Jammu which has reached the unbearable limit just after the move of the ruling class from Jammu to Srinagar. Sham Bhagat said that the water supply scenario in whole of the Jammu division is very critical and the role of Public Health Engineering department heads of both PHE and PDD to show their authority ot address to the grave issues of concern of the people of Jammu. |
